Based on the material for Ars Magica, ©1993–2024, licensed by Trident, Inc. d/b/a Atlas Games®, under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license 4.0 ("CC-BY-SA 4.0")
Atlas Games released the text of the Ars Magica Fifth Edition books and their sourcebooks under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license. Read the full legal code and Atlas Games' open license page.
The Virtues and Flaws, Abilities, spells, spell guidelines, equipment, beasts, and sample characters in the app come from books on that list. So do the Order of Hermes sigil, the Technique, Form and House symbols, the Mythic Europe map and the Semita Errabunda portraits, which Atlas Games released as open license images. The license does not cover the books' layout, cover or interior art, or logos, and the app does not use them.

Changes
Ars Saga Manager compiles and rearranges text from the open-licensed books, and some of that text is adapted: shortened, reformatted, or converted into structured data.
Your rights
You may reuse the open-licensed text and the adapted text in this app under CC BY-SA 4.0. Nothing in the app or its terms limits the rights that license gives you.

Community and third-party material
Ars Magica open license Markdown editions
The app draws on the corrected Markdown editions of the open-licensed books maintained by OriginalMadman and contributors at github.com/OriginalMadman/Ars-Magica-Open-License, shared under CC BY-SA 4.0.
Official errata
Rules corrections come from the Ars Magica Fifth Edition errata, which Atlas Games released under the same open license.
Animals of Mythic Europe
Mundane animal statistics in the bestiary come from Animals of Mythic Europe, version 1.5, a fan compendium written by Itzhak Even and Callen. It gathers animal statistics from the Ars Magica books by their original authors, with further animals submitted by Bob Dillon and MarioJPC.
Grand Grimoire of Hermetic Spells
The spell library was checked against the Grand Grimoire of Hermetic Spells (2021), a community compilation of the Hermetic spells printed across the Fifth Edition line.
Illumination
The illumination on the home page is the Bible moralisée frontispiece, Vienna, ÖNB Cod. 2554, f. 1v, Paris, about 1220 to 1230. It is in the public domain and is reproduced via Wikimedia Commons.
Original artwork
The illuminated initial, the vines and the seal were made for Ars Saga Manager and are not part of any Ars Magica book.
